About Me

Hi, I'm Agnieszka (you can also call me Angie), a Certified QuickBooks Online Bookkeeper based in the Winfield/Wheaton, Illinois area.

For more than 25 years, I worked on the insurance claims side, helping people through some of the most stressful moments of their lives. Whether it was an accident or a difficult claim, my job was to stay organized, solve problems, and guide people through the process with patience and care.

Today, I bring those same skills to bookkeeping.

I know that running a business comes with enough challenges already. My goal is to take the stress out of your finances by keeping your books accurate, organized, and up to date, so you can spend more time focusing on your customers and growing your business.

Thanks to cloud-based technology, I work with business owners across the country. I genuinely enjoy building relationships with my clients and helping them understand their numbers with confidence. There's nothing more rewarding than knowing my work gives someone peace of mind and helps them make better business decisions.

I'm certified in Intuit Bookkeeping and QuickBooks Online, and I specialize in monthly bookkeeping, bank and credit card reconciliations, financial organization, and helping clients feel comfortable using QuickBooks.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me on my yoga mat, behind my camera capturing beautiful moments, or enjoying a walk in nature. Yoga has taught me the value of balance, consistency, and being present—qualities I also bring to every client relationship. Photography reminds me that every detail matters, and bookkeeping is no different.

Before beginning my bookkeeping career, I earned a teaching degree from Akademia Świętokrzyska in Kielce, Poland, and later an Associate degree in Photography from the College of DuPage. Teaching has strengthened my ability to explain financial concepts in a simple, approachable way, so you never feel overwhelmed by your numbers.
